These rules require, among other things, that attorney e-filers be licensed and active members of the Arizona State Bar, and that any self-represented litigant who wants to e-file provide full and accurate information as required in the separate registration process for such litigants; that documents filed electronically utilize paragraph numbering based on the system adopted by the Supreme Court for numbering appellate opinions, and that these documents be in PDF formats.
